VRLOGIC has been incorporated in 2002. Even though this is appearing as a start - its not.
Andreas Schoebel who founded the company has more than 10 years of experience in distributing  and servicing sophisticated VR products in Europe as well as providing solutions for interfaces and customized application developments all over the world.

The market for the three-dimensional display of standing images, graphics, moving computer animation and films with real spatial perception is at the beginning of a long-lasting boom. In part it  has just begun to exist.

Virtual Reality (VR) will influence our lives in the future to a much higher degree than today. Already in 1992 the US Ministry of Defence called VR one of the 7 most important areas of technological advancement for the future: “virtual reality, or whatever its follow-on is called, will be ubiquitous”.

There is already a problem with the ever increasing excess of information on offer (“analysis paralysis”). By 2020 our knowledge will double every so many weeks (or even every so many days). VR helps to reduce, structure, compact and intuitively perceive large volumes of information. As a result, complexity becomes controllable.

The rapidly growing  computer and storage performance of PCs played a decisive role for the development of professional 3D programming environments and applications. Movements in 3D spaces could only  be displayed either jerkily or with minimal details a couple of years ago, but today flowing and quick movements in detailed sceneries are standard features. Technologies have only recently become available, which provide an essential base for the coming success of three-dimensional display technologies in the software industry and on the Internet.

VR is an ideal marketing tool. However the most amazing idea is useless if it cannot be marketed successfully. The potential customer’s attention needs to be drawn to the new  product. VR can be used as an “eye-catcher“ and contains many components, which can be found in every successful marketing strategy: Attention, involvement, innovation,  communication. The result is an extraordinary and unmistakeable entrance by which the known information world is transformed into an impressive world of experience.

If the market acceptance of stereoscopy as well as the demand for VR hardware and software increases in the future, VRLOGIC will be perfectly prepared for this development. This may happen due to low hardware costs, established standards and attractive applications in both entertainment and business or even R&D areas.
