Introducing TriDef® Photo Viewer software for viewing the family photos in 3D or developing high impact 3D presentations.
Simply drag and drop TriDef Photo files onto TriDef Photo Viewer to create Slideshows you can view on any TriDef enabled 3D Display. Adjust the 3D effect for maximum 3D impact, set the Slideshow to loop and watch your audience stop for a longer look. All this without 3D glasses.
DDD provides a number of tools to create and source TriDef Photos, including:
TriDef Photo Transformer. Convert a 2D image into a depth based TriDef Photo. TriDef Photo Builder. Create a TriDef Photo from a CG application model. (See also TriDef 3ds max Plug-in) TriDef Visualizer. Capture a screen shot of your favourite model as a Multi-view TriDef Photo. DDD's Content Service can convert your media into TriDef Photos for you. Free sample TriDef Photos are distributed with TriDef Photo software applications. Pair TriDef Photo Viewer with the TriDef PowerPoint Plug-in and you can quickly and easily create a high impact TriDef PowerPoint Presentation.

- 96 MB RAM
- Standard 8 MB SVGA Video card suitable for high resolutions.
- Windows 98/NT/ME/2000/XP
- Microsoft PowerPoint XP (optional)
- For Sharp RD3D Notebooks only: Sharp Stereo Drivers 1.0.2.1 (or better)
- Supported 3D Display types (please contact us if your display is not listed - new Models may be added as they are available):
- StereoGraphics SynthaGram SG182 18"; SG202+204 20"; SG231 23"; SG404 40”, SG421 42"; SG422 42"
- Sharp PC-RD 3D Series laptops, Sharp LL-151-3D 15” Monitor
- SeeReal C-i, C-s, D4D CAD, D4D MED
Known issues and limitations
- For Sharp RD3D Notebooks only: If the Sharp Stereo Drivers 1.0.2.1 (or better) are not installed, the automatic switching of the display will not work. You will have to switch the display manually using the 3D Button.
- Printing Help topics on some laser printers results in images only printing in black and white, not grays (known WinHelp issue).
- The TriDef Control Panel cannot automatically set the resolution and refresh rate of a 3D Display if it is part of a cloned display pair with a 2D Display. See Help/Selecting a 3D Display for more information.
